Online dispute resolution and consumer ADR

The European Commission previously operated an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumer disputes, formerly available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The European Commission discontinued that platform with effect from 20 July 2025, and it is no longer available for the submission of new complaints.

ClipVision, Ltd. is neither obliged nor generally willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (alternative dispute resolution / ADR entity). Consumers are nonetheless welcome to raise any concern with us first at [email protected], and may, where applicable, contact the competent ADR entity in their country of residence. Liability for content

The content of this website and service is prepared with reasonable care. However, ClipVision, Ltd. does not warrant that the content is accurate, complete or current at all times. As a service provider, ClipVision, Ltd. is responsible for its own content in accordance with the general laws; it is not, however, obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected, and any such liability arises only from the point in time at which a concrete infringement becomes known. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution or any form of commercial exploitation of such materials beyond the use expressly permitted by our Terms of Service requires the prior written consent of ClipVision, Ltd. Rights in user-generated content and in materials owned by third parties remain with their respective holders.
